McFadden,
M.D.
Dr. McFadden specializes in
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His practice focuses toward
musculoskeletal medicine with special interests in spine care,
electrodiagnostic evaluations, percutaneous spinal procedures and pain
management. Other areas of emphasis include pediatric cerebral palsy
and spinal cord injuries. After graduating from the University of
Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, Dr. McFadden completed his
specialty training at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. McFadden
joined Tri State Orthopedic Surgeons in July 2001. He is board
certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation as well as the American Board of Independent Medical
Examiners. Professional affiliations include active participation with
the North American Spine Society, International Spinal Intervention
Society, American Academy of Pain Management, American Academy of
Neuroelectrodiagnostic Medicine, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports
and Occupational Medicine as well as the AMA. He serves as the medical
director of adult and pediatric rehabilitation services at St. Mary’s
Medical Center and is an active volunteer with Easter Seals locally.
Socially, he is an avid follower of Colts football franchise, collects
wide varieties of music and enjoys travel with his wife and 4 children.
