Dr. O'Neill is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special
interest in Arthroscopy and Joint Replacement. He did his
undergraduate work at the University of California at Berkeley, obtained
his medical degree from the University of Southern California, and
completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency through White
Memorial Hospital and St. Mary's Medical Center in California. Dr
O'Neill has been in a private practice since 1987 and joined Tri-State
Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2006. He is a board certified by the
American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
